I forget I've got it on
"Sixty-eight and still doing my own gardening. The old brace made my leg sweat something shocking. This one I forget I've got on until I take it off at night."

Selected: L · 43–48 cm thigh. Between sizes? Take the larger one.
BUILT FOR THE LONG DAY — no roll-down, no sweat rash, no fiddly straps.

A cheap sleeve squeezes your whole leg the same amount. KneeZen changes knit density four times between your thigh and your calf.

72% bamboo viscose, knitted flat at 2.4mm so it disappears under trousers. Four zones of pressure, one silicone grip band, and an open-patella window that keeps the squeeze off your kneecap.
Stand up and wrap a tape measure around your leg 10cm above the middle of your kneecap.
Same knee. Very different day.
Wear it. Garden in it. Wash it. Put it through a full trial.
If you're not happy, we'll send a prepaid return label to our Melbourne address and refund you in full — worn sleeves included. This sits on top of your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which we don't limit in any way.
KneeZen is a comfort and support garment, not a medical device. If you have pain, swelling or an injury, talk to your GP or physio first.

Steady, even pressure around the joint improves your sense of where the knee is in space, so movement feels more controlled, and it keeps the area warm — which many people find makes stiff knees easier through the day. KneeZen is a comfort and support garment, not a medical device.
Stand up and wrap a tape measure around your leg 10cm above the middle of your kneecap. S 33–38, M 38–43, L 43–48, XL 48–53, 2XL 53–58, 3XL 58–63, 4XL 63–68 cm. On the line between two sizes? Take the larger — the knit tightens slightly after the first wash. Sized wrong? We'll swap it free.
Not if it's the right size. The top band has a wave of soft silicone dots that grip skin without pinching. Roll-down is almost always a sizing problem — a sleeve that's too big has nothing to hold on to.
Most people wear KneeZen 8–10 hours a day without trouble. Start with 3–4 hours for the first few days. Take it off overnight — compression garments should come off when you're lying down.
Machine wash cold on gentle in a laundry bag, then hang in the shade. No fabric softener, no dryer, no ironing. Worn daily and washed twice a week, the knit holds its compression for around 12 months — which is what the warranty covers.
